2. Detailed written quote. Within about a week you get an itemized quote — materials, labour, timeline — not a vague ballpark. We revise it together until it's right.
3. Scheduling & permits. Once you sign, we lock in a start date, order materials, and pull any required permits. Typical lead time is 4–8 weeks.
4. Construction. Demolition, rough-ins, inspections, and finishes. You get a named point of contact and a progress update at the end of every week. A kitchen typically takes 4–6 weeks, a bathroom 2–3, a basement 6–10.
5. Final walkthrough & warranty. We tour the finished space together, fix any punch-list items, and hand over care instructions. All work is covered by a 2-year workmanship warranty.

Payment schedule: 10% on signing to reserve your start date, 40% when construction begins, 40% at substantial completion, and the final 10% only after the walkthrough, when you're satisfied.
